The trick to lower insurance rates!
Full disclosure: I do NOT sell insurance, but I have a desire for families to live their best!
Insurance companies are famous for luring us in with great rates and then gradually raising your rates every year. They hope you don’t notice, so you end up paying them more than you should. Here is the remedy: shop for rates every 6 months.
What? Yes, we tell our clients to avoid unnecessary insurance premiums, so we designed an easy to follow, 10 minute process to use every 6 months: in December before rate adjustments and in June. You will be amazed by how much they save!
Preparation
Identify and save the email adresses for at least 3 Insurance brokers (who have access to all insurance companies). Then create an Alpha Financial folder on your computer and add a “My Insurances” folder inside it. Log into each of your insurance accounts and open the “Declaration Page”. Save each declaration page as a .pdf file within this folder and name each one clearly (i.e. “2024 Auto Policy – Honda – State Farm”). You are now ready to dominate your insurance premiums!
Repeat every 6 months:
Email your 3 preferred insurance brokers with your declaration files (.pdf from your “My Insurances” folder), and ask for better rates for the exact same coverage.
Book your new policies (if applicable), and don’t forget to cancel the old.
Update your “My Insurance” folder with your new declaration files (.pdf).
